Welcome to Rosa Mystica Mantilla! Here's the Story Behind...

Hello! My name is Ann. 

I'm a veil maker and the site owner here, but I'm primarily a wife and mom of five. 

I also have a little dog. 

Each day I cook food for my family in my ordinary kitchen downstairs. 

 At night I moonlight as a veil maker in my extraordinary sewing kitchen upstairs. It's here that I cook up all sorts of lace chapel veils for Holy Mass, and I'm often sewing late into the night.

When I'm very, very busy, sometimes I identify with the miller's daughter from Rumpelstiltskin. But no "funny little man" has ever come to help me sew veils --yet.   

There are so many veils to be made and so little time!
